Welcome to Waumba World @ GoodNaz!
Our
preschool area is known as Waumba
World and
just like a jungle full of wild animals...we have a wild
time and loads of fun sharing the love of Jesus Christ with our precious
children. We offer full nursery
services from birth to walking and engaging Sunday School classes for walkers -
kindergarten. Waumba World is
available from 10:00 am—12:15 pm each and every Sunday!
TreeHouse
is Preschool style Worship and is offered during the adult Sunday School Hour for all 3, 4, and 5 year olds (younger
ones remain in their designated classes). It
is a super fun place where the children can praise and worship God through
music, puppets, and prayer! You simply sign your child in at their designated
class and then we take them upstairs for Fun Praise & Worship in the TreeHouse,
and then they are returned to their designated class for lessons, snacks and
activities for the remainder of adult worship.
Waumba
World is also in full swing on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30
pm with classes for all ages and nursery for the wee ones. This summer our
Sunday curriculum focuses on "Serving in God's Big Backyard" so
on Wednesday nights we are putting it into practice by serving here at GoodNaz.
We will begin the night by completing simple tasks around the church, sweeping
the gym floor, taking out the trash, stuffing the bulletins, etc... then once we
have finished we head outdoors for FUN FUN FUN with a different themed activity
for each week (see the calendar page for details).
Just ask any of our little ones “Who is Jimbo?” and they will excitedly tell you all you need to know. The children are our future and here at GoodNaz we truly believe in teaching our future to love and serve the Lord.
